Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-15

This policy describes how we process personal data of visitors to zlareputacja.pl. We collect as little as possible: our own metrics are anonymous and use no cookies. The site is funded by advertising, and advertising cookies are used only as far as you allow in the consent window.

Data controller

The data controller is Forini sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy). For data protection matters: contact@reputacion.pl. Press enquiries: press@reputacion.pl.

Cookies and advertising

Ads on this site are served by our partner AdMixer together with its advertising partners. With your consent they may store and access cookies and similar identifiers on your device to show and measure ads, including ads tailored to your interests. Consent is collected through InMobi Choice, a platform compliant with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework; your choices are saved in that platform's cookie. The full list of partners and purposes is shown in the consent window. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the page. Without consent you can still watch the series; ads may then be non-personalised. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and, where stated in the consent window, the partners' legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which you can object to in the same window. Some partners may process data outside the European Economic Area; details are given in the consent window. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. The site itself stores only your watch progress (the last episode and where you stopped) in your browser's storage, so the “Continue” button can take you back, and whether you closed the add-to-home-screen tip. This never leaves your device and is not sent to us; clearing the site data in your browser removes it.

Anonymous aggregate metrics

We record only aggregate, anonymous playback events (for example, how many times a given episode was started on a given day). These records cannot identify any individual and are not linked to any personal identifier. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in measuring engagement with our content.

Email address (newsletter signup)

If you sign up for alerts about new series, we process the email address you provide solely for that purpose. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent. We retain the address until you withdraw consent. Addresses are stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (Frankfurt region). We do not transfer data to third countries.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), rectify it (Art. 16), erase it (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR); withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, email contact@reputacion.pl.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, www.uodo.gov.pl.
